Special Exhibits
Careful scholarship, sometimes aided by newly available evidence from
ex-Communist nations, has shown us the surprising extent to which even
staunch anti-Communists have allowed their picture of historical events
to be shaped by Communist propaganda. (To view a recently de-classified
Soviet document outlining their propaganda strategy,

The Special Exhibits section
of the Museum features displays on a wide variety of topics relating
to Communism, giving especial attention to episodes in which the role
of Communism has been widely misunderstood.
